Incumbent Laughlin/Constable in Milwaukee is defending against BVK/McDonald in Glendale, Wis., and Advertising, Boelter & Lincoln, Madison, Wis., and Milwaukee.
Cut from the initial list of contenders were Meyer & Wallis, Milwaukee; William Eisner & Associates in Hales Corners, Wis.; and Stephan & Brady in Madison.
The state-mandated review has been held every three years, with L/C last retaining the business in 1996.
