HOUSTON – The Quest Business Agency is pondering an acquisition proposal from Kansas City’s Valentine-Radford that includes a plan to make Quest a national brand. Quest president Alan Vera last week was contemplating a bid outline from V-R, a $120-million shop that has been working with Quest on projects for several years. Vera said a major appeal of the proposal, which would add Quest’s strong business-to-business expertise to V-R’s services, is a plan that could boost the $22-million Quest from a one-shop operation into a national force. He said if the proposal is ‘a good strategic fit, I’ll consider it.
