Jim Weber has joined TM Advertising as one of five group creative directors, the Irving, Texas-based shop said last week. Weber, 41, most recently worked as a consultant for the IPG agency, playing a key role on a Subaru campaign that launched in May, and also worked with former TM subsidiary Launch. Weber, who reports to chairman and chief creative officer Jim Ferguson, will work on the Adams Golf, Subaru of America, Texas Instruments and University of Houston accounts.
