Robert Thacker, who joined Sears, Roebuck & Co. from Target Stores last year, has been placed in charge of all creative and media services for the retailer as part of a shift of marketing management roles. After previously directing full-line store marketing, Thacker is now senior vice president of retail marketing services.
David Selby, who previously was responsible for creative and media, was named senior vice president of retail marketing, overseeing strategy and planning for all Sears retail divisions.
