David Lowe, a senior creative at Lowe Lintas & Partners who has worked on brands such as Perdue, Burger King and McDonald’s, is joining TBWA/Chiat/Day’s Manhattan office as a creative director overseeing the agency’s $100 million Kmart account.

Lowe, who begins March 19, is charged with managing four creative teams assigned to the business. In addition, Lowe, a copywriter, will write ads. He’ll arrive just weeks before the agency launches its first work since winning the business last year.
