Clear Channel Communications last week said it has filed a $3-10 million countersuit in a New York federal court against Howard Stern and Viacom’s Infinity Broadcasting, claiming Stern breached his contract by broadcasting indecent programming. Late last month, Stern and Infinity filed a $10 million suit against Clear Channel, which pulled Stern from six stations in February. Infinity and Stern’s One Twelve company claim Clear Channel is in breach of contract.
