CHICAGO Biggs/Gilmore has selected StarLink to handle strategic planning and media research following a review.
StarLink, a Chicago-based unit of Publicis Groupe’s Starcom MediaVest Group, will assist Biggs/Gilmore with media duties. The review included other, undisclosed agencies.
Based in Kalamazoo, Mich., independent Biggs/Gilmore claims more than $80 million in billings from clients such as American Greetings, Kellogg Co. and Procter & Gamble.
“Biggs/Gilmore believes in both people and partnership, and we’re excited to begin this venture with them,” said StarLink president Scott Neslund in a statement.
