Publicis’ Starcom USA has named former Kmart executive Steve Feuling as the media agency’s first chief marketing officer. Feuling was a senior vice president of marketing for the Troy, Mich., retailer and also CMO for the client’s online division, Bluelight.com. At the Chicago-based media agency, Feuling will manage long-term strategy while overseeing new business and communications. He will report to Starcom North America CEO Renetta McCann.
