Berklee Press, Tax Publisher Come Aboard
BOSTON–Mining the speciality publishing niche has paid off for Stackpole & Partners, which has added two clients to its roster.
The Newburyport, Mass., agency was tapped to relaunch Berklee Press, the publishing division of the Berklee College of Music. Stackpole was chosen for the six-figure assignment after a review that included several other local shops.
“Their innovative use of technology in the process certainly gave them the edge,” said David Kusek, director of the Berklee Press, noting Stackpole’s somewhat unusual move of posting its final proposal on its Web site.
