Arnold in Boston has advanced Michael Shonkoff to management supervisor from account supervisor. He works on the Havas-owned agency’s flagship Volkswagen of America business. He joined the shop six years ago after graduating from Bates College and he initially worked on regional McDonald’s assignments.
