NEW YORK The Red Cross tells Canadians it’s important to “know what to do” if someone needs help via this unusual outdoor campaign from Toronto’s Downtown Partners. Startling life-size decals of a collapsed man and woman have been placed at the bottom of high-traffic stairwells to demonstrate the importance of learning first aid and CPR. From a distance, the images, created in honor of the inaugural global World First Aid Day, may provide a jarring call to action.
