Coca-Cola Co. last week named Publicis Worldwide the “primary agency” for global marketing strategies on Minute Maid. Previously, local agencies handled overseas work on a project basis. Independent Doner in Southfield, Mich., will continue to handle U.S. duties on a project basis. Publicis also does work for flagship Coke in several overseas markets. Minute Maid spent $35 million on U.S. ads in 2002, according to TNS Media Intelligence/CMR.
