Independent marketing and advertising firm HMI in Tempe, Ariz., has named Fred Pratt director of analytics for its expanded database marketing service department. Pratt’s 20-year record of experience in data mining and analytics includes work for organizations such as PacifiCare Health Systems, Qwest and Kronos Optimal Health. Previously, he worked as director of insight and analysis at marketing technology firm Intrasight, Scottsdale, Ariz. In his new post, Pratt will focus primarily on servicing clients in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.
