The Phelps Group has tapped Jessica Green and Shelley Wise as team coordinators, Lisa Curland as accounting specialist and Marge Goodwin as executive assistant to agency CEO Joe Phelps. Green, a graduate of Santa Clara University, will work with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Dunn Edwards Paint, Countrywide Bank and City of Hope.
