Procter & Gamble has talked with Aegis’ Carat and Havas’ MPG (which handles some planning assignments for P&G) about participating in the review for its $2.5 billion North American media planning account, sources said. Roster shops Publicis’ Starcom MediaVest Group in Chicago and Grey Global Group’s MediaCom in New York are already contenders. All parties declined comment.
