CHICAGO–PepsiCo has consolidated nearly $350 million in advertising at Omnicom Group. Brands included in the consolidation are Gatorade, Tropicana, Aquafina and Quaker brands, which were handled by FCB Worldwide’s New York and Chicago offices.

A shift had been expected after FCB parent True North was sold to the Interpublic Group of Companies, which handles Pepsi rival Coca-Cola. In early August, PepsiCo bought The Quaker Oats Company, which marketed all products involved in the shift.
