Saatchi & Saatchi is changing CEOs in New York again, after just 14 months.

CEO Durk Barnhill is being replaced by Brent Smart, a worldwide managing director on General Mills, a key agency account.

Barnhill, in turn, is shifting to business development director, a new position. In particular, he'll focus on expanding the Publicis Groupe shop's digital capacity, according to Saatchi.

For now at least, Smart, 39, will retain his role on General Mills, the second biggest account in New York after Procter & Gamble and the third largest client worldwide, after P&G and Toyota.
