COLUMBUS, OHIO – As expected, the Ohio Dept. of Development named Fairlawn, Ohio-based Soltis Hardman & Partners as its new agency (ADWEEK, Oct. 14) for its $3-million tourism business. A new campaign is expected out in spring of 1994 and will be marketed out of state as well as in state. Soltis beat out W.B. Doner/Cleveland; Young Isaac Bedway, Columbus; Team Ohio (a combination of Flynn Sabatino, Miamisburg, Ohio, and Conrad, Phillips & Vutech, Columbus); Wolf Blumberg Kody, Cincinnati; and Penny/Ohlmann/Neiman, Dayton.
