DALLAS – Ornelas & Associates here is breaking a new campaign for Irving, Texas-based GTE Telephone Operations that marks the client’s first major Hispanic effort and the agency’s first work since winning the account in January. The eight 30-second spots that comprise the TV portion of the campaign focus on daily events in the life of the fictional Dominguez family. The campaign also includes radio, direct mail and collateral. The ads began running in Tampa, Fla., last week, break in Texas this month and in California early next year.
