Nice And Easy

With the demand for creative talent heating up in Southern California, recruiting firm Nice Move has hired veteran ad agency art director Greg Clancey to expand its reach into the agency business.
Clancey (shown here) will tap his contacts in the creative community as a partner at the 2-year-old Los Angeles company, which previously focused solely on recruiting account executives.
“This will help us build up the creative side,” said Romayne Levee, president of Nice Move and a Chiat/Day veteran. “Greg will round out our experience so [we] will be able to service our clients even more effectively.”
In his 20-year career, Clancey has worked at a number of top shops including Chiat/Day in Venice, Calif., Foote, Cone & Belding in San Francisco and BBDO West in Los Angeles. At those shops, he worked on clients such as Apple Computer, Levi’s and Pioneer Stereo.
“I look forward to working with someone whose work I’ve admired as much as Greg’s,” said Rob Siltanen, creative director at TBWA/Chiat/Day, Playa del Rey, Calif.
