NEW YORK — Pat McMartin, who this week joined the Brand Planning department of Capital One, has been soliciting recommendations about search consultants and has already contacted some about handling a review, said sources. McMartin, director of brand strategy and advertising at the Falls Church, Va., client, declined to comment on whether she had reached out to consultants. “We have a good working relationship with D’Arcy,” she said.
