Wayne Best joined Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners in New York as a creative director working on Wyndham International and the recently won Verizon SuperPages account. He absorbs some of the duties previously held by Stuart D’Rozario, who has accepted a group creative director post at Fallon in Min ne apolis to work on United Airlines. Best previously was freelancing for New York shops Wieden + Kennedy, Ogilvy & Mather and Merkley Newman Harty & Partners for the past eight months. Prior to that, he was at Wieden for a year, working on accounts such as ESPN and Coke; before that, he spent five years at Cliff Freeman and Partners, where he worked on Fox Sports, Hollywood Video, Outpost.com and Staples, among others.
Steven Gilliatt was named president of G2 Worldwide Inc.’s New York office, a newly created position. He will be based at G2’s New York headquarters and will work closely with Joe Celia, chief executive officer and chairman, G2 Worldwide Inc. Gilliatt most recently was the founding partner of Gilliatt & Campbell, where he managed the consulting and creative services of the firm. G2 is a partner company of Grey Global Group.
Cox Advertising in New York named Allen Milman senior vice president, responsible for overseeing the agency’s travel-related and luxury-goods accounts, among others. Milman most recently was senior vice president at Lipman Richmond Greene, where he worked on accounts such as The New Yorker Ramada Inn and Plaza and Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts.
Harrison Leifer DiMarco in Rockville Centre promoted Karen Lutsky to vice president/director of client services, a newly created position. She formerly served as senior account manager/senior art director.
The Advertising Council promoted three staffers. Chris Villarreal rose to campaign manager; he previously served as assistant campaign manager. Liz Kilcline was elevated to associate manager, Cor porate Development; she most recently was administrative assistant, Corporate Development. Abha Palmer was promoted to manager, Media Measurement and Analysis; she formerly worked as media analyst for the Ad Council’s Media Measurement and Analysis department. The Ad Council is based in New York.
David Bialek was named senior vice president for sales and marketing of Dorna USA and Van Wagner Sports Group, where he will lead the sales effort for Dorna USA’s In-Game Advertising Networks, as well as sponsorship sales for Van Wagner Sports Group. He is based in New York. Mr. Bialek previously served as senior vice president of sales and marketing at AdSpace Networks. Dorna USA is a division of New York-based Van Wagner Sports Group.
Matthew Scheckner was appointed senior vice president of Entertainment Marketing at The GEM Group, a CSS Stellar Group company. He is based in GEM’s New York office. Scheckner formerly was president and CEO of New York-based Empire Sports & Entertainment. GEM also has offices in Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, London, Minneapolis, Toronto and Vancouver, British Columbia.

PRMC in Morristown hired five new staff ers. Peter Pollack joined the shop’s creative department as an art director; he formerly served as designer for Computer Graphic Resources in New York.
