Milici Valenti Ng Pack, Honolulu, promoted Susan Moss to director of FireFly, its new integrated marketing company. Eddie Fan was promoted to interactive division manager, and Kara Murayama was hired as a division manager for the unit.

San Francisco-based Lewis & Partners named Tina Ruggiero executive vice president, general manager of its new office in New York. She previously was an account supervisor at The Food Group, New York.
Tony Valentine was named president and general manager of Portland’s Exhibitgroup/Giltspur’s full-service exhibition design and fabrication facilities, serving Portland and Seattle.
