McCann-Erickson, New York, has restructured its account management department. Nine group account directors were promoted to the new post of group managing director: Rich O’Leary, Carol Smith, Robert Montagnese, Claire Roundal, Tim Carlisle, William Grogan, Lee Johnson, Linda Luca and Ander Wensberg. Eric Einhorn, executive vice president, director of strategic planning for McCann-Erickson North America, will also serve in that role on the MasterCard account. O’Leary was also elevated to executive vice president from senior vice president; Smith added duties as director of office operations; and Montagnese and Roundal advanced to executive vice president.

Sherwood Outdoor, New York, named Toby Rogers senior vice president, marketing and sales. He has served in executive sales positions at Tribune Entertainment, Hearst and Metromedia Producers.
