TEXAS
The Point Group, Dallas, has named Dwight Fletcher executive vice president of its advertising division. Fletcher was with DDB Needham Dallas, where he helped manage the Level 3 Communications and UtiliCorp United accounts.
Bozell Kamstra, Austin, has hired Martha Hallman as management supervisor for the 3M, IXC Communications, Canon Semiconductor and Fujitsu Network Communications accounts. Hallman previously was account supervisor at SicolaMartin, also Austin. The shop also brought in Nila Dunaway as production manager from GSD&M, Austin, and assistant account executive Tara Foley, a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Austin agency TKO has added account coordinator Tim Lin, graphic designer Joshua Finto and copywriter Chris Barnard.
Southwest Business Corp., Houston, has appointed Eric Johnson account executive. He previously was benefits manager at Adams Insurance Service.
GSD&M, Austin, has added associate creative director Russell Lambrecht from DDB Needham Dallas, where he worked as a senior writer on Midway Home Entertainment, Footaction USA, Phillips Petroleum and Frito-Lay. In his new post, he will work on the Texas Lottery and the PGA Tour.
Amarillo Biosciences, Amarillo, has elected John Smith vice president of marketing and international business development. Previously, he was senior director of marketing at Innapharma Inc.
John Ferguson is the new senior vice president of sales and marketing at InfoSpinner, a Dallas provider of application integration servers. He arrives at InfoSpinner from OpenConnect Systems, where he was senior vice president of global alliances.
Mithoff Advertising, El Paso, has named Michael Davis head of new business development. For the past three years, he served in rooms division management for American General Hospitality, Dallas.
Lee Marketing Services, Dallas, has appointed Scott Standridge lettershop production manager and Kathleen Hamilton database marketing account executive.
Johnston & Co., Houston, has promoted Bethelyn Kepke to account manager and Lisa Merkl to public relations account executive. In addition, the shop hired account executive Susan Breeden, assistant account executive Angela Johnson and production assistant Michael Coffey.

A/k/a Advertising, Lafayette, has hired art director Elizabeth Bell and account manager Julia Hebert.
NEW MEXICO
