Mosaic has installed Kelly Parsons as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Parsons will manage Mosaic’s financial, legal, tax, treasury and corporate secretarial responsibilities. Before joining the Dallas-based sales and marketing firm, Parsons was CFO of Accenture’s HR Services subsidiary. In addition, Mosaic has appointed Fred Squires senior vice president of information technology. Squires will lead Mosaic’s IT function and oversee the firm’s comprehensive digital work environment. He previously served as vice president and chief information officer at Remington Products Co.
