Al Moffatt, a founding partner at independent Moffatt/Rosenthal Agency in Portland, Ore., has been named president and CEO of Worldwide Partners, a $36 million agency-owned network of indie marketing-communications firms. Before Moffatt/Rosenthal, Moffatt had served as general manager of WPP Group’s Cole & Weber/Red Cell in Portland and also held positions at Grey Global Group and Omnicom Group’s TBWA\Chiat\Day, among others. In his new role, Moffatt replaces 18-year incumbent Patricia Parker Fiske.
