Mintz & Hoke has hired Christopher Plavcan as an account coordinator. He works with a number of the Avon, Conn.-based shop’s clients, including Connecticut Bank & Trust (CBT), Mohegan Sun, Quinnipiac College and the Connecticut Forum.
