Michael Foods has chosen Clarity Coverdale Fury in Minneapolis to handle its $1-2 million advertising account after a short review.
A company representative said the selection was based on Clarity’s food-service experience. Clarity currently works for Karp’s bakery products division and does consumer advertising for Malt-O-Meal cereals and the Johnsonville Foods Co.
Finalists in the review were Minneapolis agencies BBDO and Periscope Marketing Communications. Incumbent Carmichael Lynch did not participate.
The assignment includes business-to-business and consumer advertising for the Minneapolis-based food processor’s Simply Eggs, Simply Potatoes and Crystal Farms dairy brands.
