CHICAGO – Mazda Motor Corp. is expected to announce as early as this week staff changes at its U.S. subsidiary that have been anticipated for several weeks. Senior vp/sales and marketing and coo Clark Vitulli is expected to give up the coo title and sales duties to president Sonny Sonoguchi. But he will continue serving the marketing function. Other staff changes, which affect marketing and sales, are expected as well. Richard Colliver, who had headed up Mazda’s now-suspended Amati luxury division, left Mazda last week to head sales for Honda Motor Co. in the U.S.
