The Martin Agency has added four employees. Chris Mumford has been named management supervisor on the Richmond, Va., shop’s UPS account. This marks Mumford’s return to Martin; he left in 2000 to become director of account management at The Johnson Group in Chattanooga, Tenn. Mitch Perlman has been hired as media supervisor. Perlman comes to Martin from MediaVest in Atlanta, where he was an assistant media director. Betsy Guzik, a recent graduate of the Darden School of Business, joins the shop as a strategic planner.
