NEW YORK Manhattan Mini Storage is pulling an outdoor ad created by Mad Injection following public complaints, the client confirmed.
Mad Injection, a creative affiliate of Mad Dogs & Englishmen in New York, developed the ad that shows a statue of a Buddha in storage with a line of copy that states, “[Because] my owner’ s a Jew … again.”
Stacy Stuart, vice president of marketing for the New York client, said, “We apologize. We did not mean to offend anyone and the ad was intended to be humorous.”
