Temerlin McClain has instituted minimal personnel layoffs in the wake of losing the $200 million J.C. Penney business at the beginning of the year.
Sources said nine employees, less than 2 percent of Temerlin’s 550-person workforce, were let go after the agency’s contract with the client expired this spring.
