CHICAGO – Hartmarx subsidiary Kuppenheimer Manufacturing Co. gave its $3-million business to Cramer-Krasselt here after a creative shoot-out with two other New York-based agencies. C-K will handle all advertising for the 125-store Mens clothier. Partners & Shevack, N.Y., handled the creative portion of the business. Media was done in-house.
