KSL Hires Poliak

Leslie Poliak has rejoined KSL Media in Los Angeles as senior vice president, director of marketing for the West Coast. The move follows KSL’s recently completed management-repurchase transaction with the Interpublic Group and the recent transitions of longtime executive Hank Cohen to president and founder Kal Liebowitz to chairman and CEO. In her new position, Poliak, 54, will market KSL to the advertising and client communities and develop new-business opportunities for KSL’s West Coast operations. Poliak had served as president of KSL’s San Francisco office for eight years before taking some time off. Prior to KSL, she was vice president, director of broadcast for Ketchum Advertising’s San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.
