Mercury Media Holdings, a privately owned, full-service direct response agency, has named industry veteran Ken Dec svp, new business development. He is responsible for growing MMH’s roster of clients and introducing existing accounts to the agency’s array of offerings. Dec has held senior posts at shops including Arnold, Epsilon, Hill, Holliday and Rapp Collins. Beth Vendice, MMH divisional president, said: “With his extensive brand building experience across a wide array of industries, Ken is well suited to introduce our agency to a broader audience of potential clients.” Added Dec: “We are positioned far better than our competitors to help our clients develop new, direct-selling, offline and online channels that generate both short-term tactical revenue growth and a long-term sustainable, competitive advantage.” He will be based in the company’s office in Marlboro, Mass.
