A Royal Caribbean Splits Media Planning, Buying
NEW YORK–Media Edge has been awarded media buying for both Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruise lines by Royal Caribbean International. The lone exception is international print buys for Royal Caribbean, which will be performed by Arnold Communications in Boston. Media planning, however, remains with creative shops Arnold for Royal Caribbean and Saatchi & Saatchi in New York for Celebrity. The overall budget for the Miami-based parent is estimated at $40 million.
