Bates Snares CVS Media
BOSTON–Bates USA in New York has added media duties to its creative responsibilities on the estimated $40-50 million ad account of CVS, located in Woonsocket, R.I. The media account had previously been at TBS Media Management in New York. Neil Guliano, senior vice president of advertising at CVS, said Bates will take over media planning and buying on Nov. 1. Bates, which replaced Ingalls Advertising, Boston, on the account a year ago, has created ads for CVS using the theme “One at a time.”
