MediaCom Picks Up $125 Mil. VW in U.K.
NEW YORK–MediaCom-TMB, a unit of Grey Advertising, has won the $125-130 million buying chores of Volkswagen brands Audi, Seat and Skoda in the United Kingdom. The win from incumbent BBJ Media Services, a Carat affiliate, is the latest piece of Volkswagen business for MediaCom in London, which scooped up $280 million in VW billings from Carat in Germany and the Czech Republic in the first quarter. MediaCom Worldwide also handles the client in the Middle East and China.
