Hires, Promotions at Campbell-Ewald, CE Retail

DETROIT Campbell-Ewald and its CE Retail unit have named several new vice presidents.

Timothy Kenum has joined Warren, Mich.-based Campbell-Ewald, an Interpublic Group agency, as vice president and art supervisor. He is responsible for creating ads for the U. S. Postal Service, ConocoPhillips and Kaiser Permanente. Kenum previously worked at T.G. Madison in Atlanta.

Laurel McKinley and Matthew Vargo have joined Campbell-Ewald as vice presidents and account supervisors. The former is responsible for multicultural marketing, including strategic and creative coordination with general initiatives for the agency’s U.S. Postal Service account. McKinley worked at The Zimmerman Agency, Tallahassee, Fla., as a group account supervisor. Vargo provides leadership for strategy, development and execution of advertising for the U.S. Postal Service account. Vargo had been a senior account executive at chemistri in Troy, Mich., working on the Pontiac business.

Recruitment manager Barbara Rozman-Stokes adds the vice president title. She is responsible for overseeing job placement efforts, including equal employment opportunities, college recruitment and internship programs. She has been with Campbell-Ewald for six years.

Also promoted to vice presidents in the agency’s CE Retail unit: Joyce Emery and Kathy Rottach, who continue in their respective roles as talent manager and production manager.
