BOSTON IPG’s Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos said it has made three appointments designed to strengthen its integrated marketing chops.
Jay Hiselman, 45, has joined the shop here as svp, group media director. He will lead media planning on the CVS pharmacy account. He had been at IPG sibling Mullen in Wenham, Mass., where he was vp, group media director.
“In just the past few years, we have seen incredible changes in the media landscape that make ‘business as usual’ a thing of the past. I am excited to join Hill, Holliday to have the opportunity to focus my energies on bringing new perspective and creating success for CVS and all our clients,” said Hiselman.
“Jay’s knowledge of the business is outstanding. His experience spans media buying, research, media planning, and interactive. He’s handled big blue chip clients along with an eclectic mix of smaller accounts,” said Baba Shetty, Hill, Holliday’s chief media officer.
Lenora Cushing, 54, has joined the agency’s Boston office as svp, director of broadcast business affairs. Cushing will oversee celebrity and talent contract negotiations, secure trademark and copyright requirements and ensure the agency’s creative work adheres to proper licensing rules.
