HAMBURG – Bartel, Broemmel, Struck/Hamburg has won the Citizen Watch brand ‘Life by Adec’ account on a worldwide level, pitching against Lowe & Partners, Buero X and incumbent agency WGJ. Reports from London said that the world’s biggest watchmaker is looking to centralize its account across Europe and is pitting its local agencies and its U.S. shop D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles against one another by asking each for presentations on the benefits of centralizing.
