Continuing its push to elevate top talent, TBWA Worldwide has promoted Neal Grossman to chief financial officer, North America.

Grossman, previously CFO at TBWA\Chiat\Day in Los Angeles, reports to Tom Carroll, promoted to president of the Americas earlier this month [Adweek, April 9], and Jonathan Ramsden, CFO of TBWA Worldwide.

Grossman, 45, joined the Los Angeles shop in 1987 as corporate controller and saw the office grow from $250 million in billings to more than $1.2 billion.
