Geico “Meeting”

It’s about as simple a concept as can be created for advertising: in this new campaign for Geico from The Martin Agency, a stack of bills, topped with some primitive Mr. Potatohead eyes, shows up in everyday encounters, to remind us of how much money we can save on our car insurance. And the stack has a name — Kash. In the spirit of multiple campaigns running at once, Kash joins the Caveman and the Gecko in getting the message out. I could easily see him creeping around online. In this sad-sack economy, will consumers be amused or tortured by a wad o’ bills with goo-goo eyes? We’ll have to see how he rolls. –Barbara LIppert
