DETROIT – The Ford Division of Ford Motor Company named Steve Lyons general marketing manager. Lyons, who had held the similar post at the Lincoln-Mercury division since last year, assumes control over advertising and marketing functions for the Ford brand. While at L-M, Lyons launched both the Mercury Villager and Lincoln Mark VIII. J. Walter Thompson, Detroit is Ford Division’s agency.
