SAN FRANCISCO – Robin Raj, Foote, Cone & Belding’s senior vp/group creative director, has begun to restaff the Taco Bell account. Before Raj joined the firm earlier this month, eight creatives and support staff were fired and invited to reapply for their jobs. Raj is expected to rehire some, but is also talking to people in L.A. and N.Y. about joining his new team. Meanwhile, FCB/S.F. execs said they were looking to hire 50 people in a variety of positions excluding creative, to fill existing posts and new ones created by expanded business.
