Fogarty Klein Monroe has named Brenda Fackler director of print media services, a new group devoted to the planning and placement of print media. Fackler joins the Houston-based shop from Kohl’s Department Stores in Menomonee Falls, Wis., where she was a media buyer. In addition, FKM has promoted Samantha Sebesta and Danielle Dommel to placement supervisor and placement coordinator, respectively. Sebesta, a five-year agency veteran, previously worked as a media financial analyst; Dommel is a former intern.
