FCB Adds Top Creative Personnel

CHICAGO Foote Cone & Belding here has hired former GSD&M executive creative director Guy Bommarito as a group creative director to oversee the Boeing Connexion account, according to the agency.

At the Omnicom-owned GSD&M in Austin, Texas, Bommarito worked on accounts such as Southwest Airlines, Coca-Cola and Texas tourism.

“(Bommarito’s) brand of straightforward wit has won him a ton of awards, but more importantly his work has been successful,” said FCB Chicago executive creative director Tom O’Keefe in statement. This is a huge coup for our agency.”

Additionally, Interpublic Group-owned FCB hired former Leo Burnett creative director Matt Horton as a group creative director on its KFC account. At Burnett in Chicago, Horton worked on the Polaroid, Nintendo and Disney accounts, among others.
