SEATTLE – Thirteen employees in Egghead Software’s advertising department are expected to lose their jobs in coming weeks, when Egghead is expected to move its advertising to an outside agency, a report in The Seattle Times said. Sources said the agency is EvansGroup/Seattle. Egghead, a $665-million software chain under new management, has spent $2-3 million on advertising in the past. Analysts has been expecting a shakeup at the firm since February, when two Seafirst Bank executives assumed the helm as ceo and chairman.
