Etonic AC Glove Gets a Grip in Ads From GSO/Davis

The newly renamed GSO/Davis, formerly Greenberg Seronick O’Leary & Partners, is rolling out a print campaign for the Etonic AC Grip Glove from Spalding Sports Worldwide.

Tagged simply “Cool,” the print-based campaign is set to run in Sports Illustrated and golf publications. Copy focuses on the gloves’ Evergrip technology, which is designed to help golfers maintain their grip regardless of weather conditions or perspiration.

One ad depicts a lime-green tree frog with its tight-gripping suctioncup feet in extreme close-up. The headline reads, “Unless your hand looks like this, you need the new Etonic AC Grip Glove.” C.J. Kaplan wrote the copy; Jim Cameron served as art director.
